Legal Hunt is a guidance platform that helps you understand your legal matter and connect with law firms. By using the site or creating an account, you accept these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the platform.

1. Use of the service

Legal Hunt provides educational resources and tools that connect you with law firms. We do not provide legal representation. Any engagement with a law firm occurs outside of Legal Hunt and is governed by your agreement with that firm. You are responsible for verifying a law firm’s qualifications before hiring them.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and to maintain the security of your account credentials. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, present fraudulent information, or misuse the platform.

3. Permitted and prohibited conduct

You may use Legal Hunt only for lawful purposes. Automated scraping, bulk data extraction, or any attempt to harvest contact information from the platform is prohibited. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with other users, distribute malware, or use automated tools to spam law firms. We reserve the right to investigate and take action against any misuse.

4. Email communication

We only use your email to deliver Legal Hunt services—checklists, account access links, firm introductions, and platform updates. We do not sell or share email addresses outside of the platform. Emails exchanged with law firms via Legal Hunt are visible to those firms so they can respond to your requests.

5. Analytics and diagnostics

We collect anonymized usage metrics and error diagnostics to improve Legal Hunt. This helps us understand feature usage, identify issues, and monitor system health. Analytics data is used internally and is not sold or used for advertising.

6. Third-party services

Legal Hunt relies on third-party providers (for example, hosting, analytics, and email delivery). These providers are contractually obligated to safeguard your data and use it only to operate the platform. Links to external sites are provided for convenience and do not imply endorsement.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Legal Hunt at any time if we believe you have violated these terms or if necessary to protect the platform. You may request deletion of your account at any time through our contact page.

8. Disclaimer & limitations

Legal Hunt is provided “as is” without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Your use of Legal Hunt is at your own risk.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of the page. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
